Knew Health Video Testimonial Contest – Terms & Conditions


Participation in the Knew Health Video Testimonial Contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Contest is open to active Knew Health Members and Former


Members age 18+ residing in the United States.

Entries must be submitted by Sunday, July 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PT).


To enter, participants must submit an original video testimonial between 30 seconds and 5 minutes in length sharing their experience with Knew Health.


One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 Visa or Amazon gift card. The winner will be selected by the Knew Health team based on authenticity, creativity, clarity, and overall impact. Runner-up prizes in the amount of $500 and $250 will be awarded to the second- and third-place selected submissions.


Guaranteed Reward for Submission

All eligible participants who submit a qualifying video testimonial will receive a guaranteed $50 reward in the form of either a Visa gift card or Amazon gift card.


Additional Social Sharing Rewards

Participants may earn additional rewards by sharing their video testimonial on social media.


To qualify:

  • Participants must post their video on Facebook, Instagram, and/or TikTok.
  • Near the beginning of the post caption, participants must include the following disclosure: "Knew Health sent me a gift card as a thank-you for sharing my experience."

  • Facebook: @KnewHealth
  • Include the hashtag #KnewHealthReview in the caption.
  • Email a screenshot and link to each qualifying social media post to hello@knewhealth.com with the subject line: "Member Name + Member Review Contest."


All qualifying social media posts must remain publicly visible and accessible for a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive days following publication.


Once Knew Health verifies that the post includes the required disclosure, tag, hashtag, and visibility requirements, additional rewards will be processed as follows:

  • First qualifying social media post: Additional $50 gift card
  • Second qualifying social media platform: Additional $10 gift card
  • Third qualifying social media platform: Additional $10 gift card


Participants may earn up to $70 in total additional social sharing rewards.

Knew Health reserves the right to verify eligibility, account ownership, publication dates, post visibility, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions before issuing rewards.


Posts that are deleted, hidden, made private, or otherwise unavailable before the required 30-day period has elapsed may be disqualified from reward eligibility.

Contest prizes and participation rewards will be distributed approximately thirty (30) days after the official close of the contest and completion of the verification process.


By submitting content, participants grant Knew Health permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, repost, promote, and otherwise utilize submitted materials, including name, likeness, voice, photos, videos, social media posts, and testimonial content for marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, social media, and other business purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.


Participants represent that all submitted content is original and owned by the participant. Knew Health reserves the right to reject incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate submissions and to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
