Terms & Conditions
To qualify for an Ambassador Bonus, the referring Ambassador must be an active Knew Health Member.
The referred membership must be new to Knew Health, must not have been previously enrolled with Knew Health, must not be enrolling through an employer group or organizational membership.
Referral bonuses are not available for spouses, domestic partners, dependents, or other individuals who are eligible to be enrolled under the Ambassador's membership.
Only one Ambassador Bonus may be awarded per new membership enrollment, regardless of the number of individuals included in that membership.
Once the referred membership has maintained three consecutive months of active membership, the $300 Ambassador Bonus will be applied as a credit toward the Ambassador's future membership contributions.
Knew Health reserves the right to review referral activity and may deny, withhold, or revoke Ambassador Bonuses if the program is used primarily to generate referral rewards rather than to introduce genuine new memberships to the Knew Health community.
Knew Health reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.
