Joshua Rosenthal is an author, wellness visionary, and philanthropist dedicated to transforming how people think about health, healing, and empowerment. He co-founded Knew Health, a pioneering Medical Cost Sharing Community and healthcare alternative, designed specifically for wellness-conscious individuals. He also advises and invests in mission-driven startups that align with his commitment to healthy living, longevity, and collective happiness and well-being.

With over 15 years of experience in customer relations, I am deeply committed to the care of all Members. I recognize the difference between being a big company and a great company, which is ensuring our Members and their well-being are our first priority. It is with the respect and compassion that the team and I bring to Knew Health each day that we make a difference in our Members’ lives.

I am a big nerd for nature and all things wellness. When I am not supporting our incredible Members at Knew Health, you will likely find me hiking a trail with my dog, Sadie, volunteering at a local farm, playing basketball with my nieces, or supporting my Health Coach clients through movement regulation. One of the many attributes I admire about Knew Health is how we empower our Community with preventive and lifestyle tools, so they can take control of their health and become their most vital selves!

I’ve always joked that I’m not a saleswoman – but I could talk about Knew Health all day long! It’s easy to share something you genuinely know, love, and trust. I’m grateful not only to serve as a Life & Health Coach for Knew Health, but also to be a Member myself. I truly believe in the mission of empowering people to take their health back into their own hands – and save money while doing it. You’ll usually find me outside – biking, hiking, or soaking up nature whenever I can. And nothing fills me up more than spending quality time with family and friends.

I used to work on a cruise ship and have traveled to every continent except Antarctica, but it's on my bucket list! I love Knew Health because we're helping people put more money back in their pockets so they can enjoy their lives without stressing about their health! 

I love being part of Knew Health because we’re truly advocating for our Members during some of their most vulnerable moments. Every day, I help people navigate complex medical situations, find fair and reasonable costs, and ensure they feel supported through the process. It’s meaningful work that makes a real impact.

I'm a mom of four with over 10 years of experience in healthcare/customer service. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and watching true crime docs. I love being a part of the Knew Health team because of the personal rapport we are able to build with our Members.

I have been working as a member of the Needs Team since 2024. Working for Knew Health is such a wonderful experience. It’s rewarding to contribute to an organization that genuinely prioritizes people over profits.

When I’m not processing your Medical Needs, you can find me in my kitchen cooking a delicious meal or baking something yummy for my family.

I love bringing bold ideas to life in spaces that are ready for change, and I’m passionate about making complex experiences feel simple and human. My favorite part of Knew Health is being part of a team that genuinely cares about making healthcare better. Outside of work, I enjoy e-biking and traveling whenever I can – preferably somewhere near the ocean.

I joined the Knew Health team after working at digital marketing agencies for ten years. As the Head of Digital Marketing at Knew Health, I am excited to bring my marketing knowledge to a company that is focused on bringing a fresh new perspective to the world of healthcare. When not at work, I enjoy watching a variety of genres of movies and TV shows, playing games (card, board, tabletop, and video), reading and writing creative fiction, exercising, and playing with my dog, Hazel.

I am a dedicated and experienced Nurse Leader who swapped the white coat for a comfortable hoodie, specializing in chasing down clinical mysteries from her home office. As a remote Medical Director, I bring 20 years of bedside experience to the desk, believing that every puzzling case is just waiting for a plot twist. I specialize in transforming medical record data files into engaging case reports, all while maintaining a 100% remote-work-from-home pet interaction rate.

I once spent eight years balancing corporate life with traveling the world as a salsa dancer, seeing new places every weekend through music and connection. That same passion for people and connection is what I bring to my work at Knew Health. What I love most about Knew Health is its mission to bring transparency, compassion, and community back into healthcare. It’s meaningful to be part of something that truly puts Members first.

Love being part of the Knew Health team that represents compassion, precision, and diversity. I contribute my knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry to assist our Members daily. I've always been fascinated by robots, and I love to travel, take nature walks, go camping, and shop.

My favorite part of being at Knew Health is working with great people who value health and wellness, and making a positive impact. Outside of work, I love spending a sunny day biking with my dog and listening to music. And a sandwich.

In a former life, I was a professional stage actor. I once toured England with the Royal Shakespeare Company in an epic production that ran ten hours long. One of the many reasons I love Knew Health is the unequaled care and attention we give our Members!

I’m originally from warm and sunny Australia, and with a background in pharmacy, I’ve always been drawn to a more thoughtful approach to health. That’s one of the reasons I love Knew Health. I really connect with the focus on wellness and helping people stay well, rather than waiting until they get sick. Outside of work, you can usually find me playing the latest FPS video game.

I enjoy working for Knew Health because I get to help people navigate their healthcare, while also prioritizing health and wellness. It’s really rewarding to be part of a team that values community and meaningful care. When I’m not working, I love cooking traditional Southern dishes and getting lost in a good book.

I am passionate about helping people live well and thrive! At Knew Health, I take a service-oriented approach focused on supporting Members and our team with compassion and professionalism. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, hiking, and spending time with my family and cats.

As an Affiliate Manager at Knew Health, I’m passionate about building strong partnerships and helping our Affiliates succeed. I enjoy connecting with people, finding creative ways to grow, and supporting others in sharing the value of better healthcare. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me biking, out on the golf course, or spending time with my two dogs.

I enjoy being part of Knew Health because it allows me to make a meaningful impact by helping others navigate their healthcare journey. Being on a team that values community, transparency, and support makes my work both fulfilling and motivating. Outside of work, I love spending time in nature, especially hiking in the mountains and enjoying the peace and perspective it brings. 

My favorite part of working at Knew Health is being part of a cause that truly helps people get the care they need. I've been immersed in the health and wellness world my whole life, so supporting a Community like this is deeply meaningful to me. When I'm not working, I love to explore new countries, try new restaurants, and stumble my way through all different types of dance classes.

What I love most about Knew Health is the passion and care we enjoy providing to our Members. I really learned how to advocate when it comes to healthcare after surviving my own personal major medical event, and I love to assist others in that way. I am a mom of one teen boy and two fur babies. Outside of Knew Health, I enjoy the beach and camping.

A fun fact about me is that I am always cold. I really don't like the cold, but I love snowboarding. The reason why I love working for Knew Health is the compassion that we have toward our Members' needs.
