How It Works
Join the Community
Become a member anytime during the year—no open enrollment required. Choose the monthly contribution and Initial Unshareable Amount (IUA) that best fit your budget.
Submit Your Medical Bills
Upload your bills through our Member Portal or call our dedicated Care Team for help finding the right provider.
The Community Shares With You
Eligible expenses above your IUA are shared by the Community. Your responsibility is limited to a maximum of three IUAs per year. Preventive care, including annual wellness exams, is shareable at no additional cost starting on day one.
